About Us

Michele Patterson, RYT 200

Michele is also the owner of Feel At Ease, LLC. She has 200 hour certifications in Power Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga.  She has additional certifications in Restorative, Silver Sneakers, & trauma-conscious yoga through Connected Warriors. She has also taken wall yoga training and multiple yoga philosophy workshops.  She has been teaching yoga for 7 years.  When not teaching yoga, Michele loves to travel,  volunteer with animal welfare organizations, & spend time with her husband, Dave and their 3 rescued dogs.

Michaela Sharp, RYT 200

Michaela is originally from Germany.  She has a 200 hour Power Yoga certification, & a trauma conscious yoga from Connected Warriors.  She has additional trainings in: in Sport Yoga, Aqua Yoga, Hot Yoga, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Yoga Philosophy. She has completed Yoga Teacher Apprenticeship. Michaela is also Reiki III certified. Her motto: Yoga, like life, is a learning process. Celebrate happiness and postive thoughts! 

Amanda Rampolla, RYT 200

Amanda has been studying health and fitness since college.   She has an Associate's Degree in advanced health & fitness.  Amanda has her 200 hour certificiation in Hatha Yoga. She also holds the following NASM Certifications: Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Group Personal Training Specialist. Amanda loves to practice at home with her rescued cat.  Her classes are both fun and challenging!

Spring is here! Let's practice outside in Memorial Park!  4 week series is $35, drop in $10.  Please dress in layers and bring your own mat or towel to practice. DIRECTIONS: Take E. High St to N. Laurel St. (There is a sign for the High School, Community Pool, and Memorial Park on the corner).  Follow N. Laurel St. to Adele Ave.  Turn right onto Adele Ave.  Take Adele Avenue to the end.  The park is located across from the High School and behind the Community Pool.  We will meet each week at the Pavilion.

Eden Energy Medicine is a practice of balancing energy systems in the body, sucah as merdians, our aura, and many more.  Learning the 5 minute energy routine can keep your core energy system balanced helping with sleep, anxiety, concentration, and our immune system.  Deb Gallagher is a Registered Nurse and Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner.  Class is $25 per person.

Intro to Tai Chi & Qigong

Learn the basics of Tai Chi & Qigong.  We will cover basic stretch patterns, qigong movements, taijiquan push hand concepts, and the beginning movements of Tai Chi Form 24.  Taijiquan is an ancient Chinese martial art, practiced today primarily for healing.  Qigong emphasizes slow/gentle movements to promote general well-being.  Class led by Darold Starliper, Jr. of Red Rose Qigong.  Class is $25 per person.

Beginner's Yoga & Meditation

This 4 week series is for those who are new or newer to yoga.  This is also a great opportunity to learn to meditate.  If you have never meditated or have gotten away from it and need to bring it back into your daily routine, this series will help.  There will be asana (poses) and a meditation practice as well as discussion each week.  $45 for full series or $15 drop in.  Class led by Amanda Rompanella.

(610) 368-4747 PLEASE NOTE: We are on the 3rd Floor. There are 2 flights of stairs and no elevator due to being in a historic building. The parking lot is located at 25 S. Wolf Street, directly behind the building. Look for the H&R Block sign.

Hours

The studio will open approximately 1/2 hour prior to any yoga class, event or workshop.  Private lessons will be scheduled directly with teacher and student.
