Michele is also the owner of Feel At Ease, LLC. She has 200 hour certifications in Power Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga. She has additional certifications in Restorative, Silver Sneakers, & trauma-conscious yoga through Connected Warriors. She has also taken wall yoga training and multiple yoga philosophy workshops. She has been teaching yoga for 7 years. When not teaching yoga, Michele loves to travel, volunteer with animal welfare organizations, & spend time with her husband, Dave and their 3 rescued dogs.
Amanda has been studying health and fitness since college. She has an Associate's Degree in advanced health & fitness. Amanda has her 200 hour certificiation in Hatha Yoga. She also holds the following NASM Certifications: Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Group Personal Training Specialist. Amanda loves to practice at home with her rescued cat. Her classes are both fun and challenging!
We host other yoga teachers and holistic practitioners who are knowledgeable in their scope of practice and dedicated to sharing wellness with our students. We hope to offer something for everyone who wants to make positive and healthy lifestyle choices, as well as learn and grow!
Poses focus on breath and building strength. Great for those looking for a slower practice.
This is class focuses on basic poses and alignment cues. Using props & modifications to help each student safely move in & out of the poses. Great for new students or those who have been away from their practice.
Pre-registration is recommended for all yoga events & workshops. Some workshops & events will have limited spots available. Your spot will be guaranteed only if paid in full prior to event.
Reiki is a beautiful technique used for stress reduction & relaxation. It also promotes physical & emotional healing. Restorative yoga is also focused on calming the mind and body through the parasympathetic nervous system (our fight or flight response). Krista Kuhlman is a 200CYT, Reiki Energy Master, Meditation Facilitator and Breast Cancer Survivor. Class is $25 and registration is required.
Already stressing about the holidays? Join us as we learn yoga poses and breathing techniques to help decrease stress and anxiety during this time of year. Juice Plus whole food snacks & smoothies will also be provided. $10 per person.

The studio will open approximately 1/2 hour prior to any yoga class, event or workshop. Private lessons will be scheduled directly with teacher and student.
