About Us

Michele Patterson, RYT 200

Michele is also the owner of Feel At Ease, LLC. She has 200 hour certifications in Power Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga.  She has additional certifications in Restorative, Silver Sneakers, & trauma-conscious yoga through Connected Warriors. She has also taken wall yoga training and multiple yoga philosophy workshops.  She has been teaching yoga for 7 years.  When not teaching yoga, Michele loves to travel,  volunteer with animal welfare organizations, & spend time with her husband, Dave and their 3 rescued dogs.

Amanda Rampolla, RYT 200

Amanda has been studying health and fitness since college.   She has an Associate's Degree in advanced health & fitness.  Amanda has her 200 hour certificiation in Hatha Yoga. She also holds the following NASM Certifications: Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Group Personal Training Specialist. Amanda loves to practice at home with her rescued cat.  Her classes are both fun and challenging!

Krista Kuhlman, 200HR CYT

 Krista is a 200HR CYT.  She is also a Reiki Master and a Meditation Facilitator.  Krista is a Breast Cancer Survivor and loves life!  Her classes help create inner peace and stillness.  She enjoys teaching gentle yoga and Yoga Nidra.

If you are new to or wanting to learn more about meditation, this workshop is for you!  Meditation has been proven to reduce blood pressure, calm anxiety, reduce inflammation, and so much more!  Class led by Krista Kuhlman, 200 HR CYT, Reiki Master, and Meditation Facilitator.  REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please bring anything that will make you comfortable and warm. Dressing in layers is recommended. Health investment-$15

Yoga is well known for the benefits of stress relief and calming the mind. Many people resolve at the start of new year to de-stress. This 4 week series will work on poses that can specifically calm the mind, stretch the body and be easily incorporated into daily living. $45 for series and registration is required.  (Inclement weather make-up class will be  March 1 if necessary)
