About Us

Michele Patterson, RYT 200

Michele is also the owner of Feel At Ease, LLC. She has 200 hour certifications in Power Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga.  She has additional certifications in Restorative, Silver Sneakers, & trauma-conscious yoga through Connected Warriors. She has also taken wall yoga training and multiple yoga philosophy workshops.  She has been teaching yoga for 7 years.  When not teaching yoga, Michele loves to travel,  volunteer with animal welfare organizations, & spend time with her husband, Dave and their 3 rescued dogs.

Amanda Rampolla, RYT 200

Amanda has been studying health and fitness since college.   She has an Associate's Degree in advanced health & fitness.  Amanda has her 200 hour certificiation in Hatha Yoga. She also holds the following NASM Certifications: Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Group Personal Training Specialist. Amanda loves to practice at home with her rescued cat.  Her classes are both fun and challenging!

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is focused on opening the fascia (connective tissue) of the body. Because of the way props are used, this practice gets deeper into the joints, ligaments & connective tissue.  Most poses are seated and have longer holds with props. It is great for recovery from injuries, and those who prefer a gentle practice.  It is also an excellent counter part to any traditional yoga practice (yang).  $15 per person.

Lotus is a symbol of self-renewal, rebirth, hope, purity, and enlightenment.  Susan Korsnick (artist, teacher, & Creatively Fit Coach) will guide you step by step through mindful painting so no art experience is necessary!  Your lotus painting will be a reminder that you can rise out of the mud and bloom!  Bring a square or rectangular canvas (12" on shortest side) & a journal.  Tickets are $40 & available at: https://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/

(610) 368-4747 PLEASE NOTE: We are on the 3rd Floor. There are 2 flights of stairs and no elevator due to being in a historic building. The parking lot is located at 25 S. Wolf Street, directly behind the building. Look for the H&R Block sign.

Hours

The studio will open approximately 1/2 hour prior to any yoga class, event or workshop.  Private lessons will be scheduled directly with teacher and student.
