Michele is also the owner of Feel At Ease, LLC. She has 200 hour certifications in Power Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga. She has additional certifications in Restorative, Silver Sneakers, & trauma-conscious yoga through Connected Warriors. She has also taken wall yoga training and multiple yoga philosophy workshops. She has been teaching yoga for 7 years. When not teaching yoga, Michele loves to travel, volunteer with animal welfare organizations, & spend time with her husband, Dave and their 3 rescued dogs.
Amanda has been studying health and fitness since college. She has an Associate's Degree in advanced health & fitness. Amanda has her 200 hour certificiation in Hatha Yoga. She also holds the following NASM Certifications: Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Group Personal Training Specialist. Amanda loves to practice at home with her rescued cat. Her classes are both fun and challenging!
Krista is a 200HR CYT. She is also a Reiki Master and a Meditation Facilitator. Krista is a Breast Cancer Survivor and loves life! Her classes help create inner peace and stillness. She enjoys teaching gentle yoga and Yoga Nidra.
